We recently switched to Jivo Live Chat from another live chat client and we couldn't be happier. The installation quick and easy (literally one-button install on the Shopify app store) and it works like a champ. Very easy to use and switching between the mobile app and the windows app is as simple as opening the app on the device I'm using. We've experience ZERO bugs/crashes/issues in the days we've been using it.

The features included with the pro version of the app exceed what other live chat clients offer and at a lower price. Our customer interaction has also increased since installing Jivo Chat! Love this app and we highly recommend it to anyone looking to add live chat to their web site!

I love Jivo Chat, beautiful design, supports different languages and most important you can connect it with facebook, viber and telegram! I know they also have call back feature, I did't tried it yet but sounds cool. Big plus is they have great customer support, which is very important for me. So far it's best chat I have used for my web site!

That's an awesome tool. I have main domain hosted on wordpress and subdomain hosted on shopify. I can chat with same user if he moved to another platform. This is the most impressive feature. I was looking for this feature for a long time. It's mobile app is excellent. It keep me connected to every user of my website. Chat script is emailed immediately. Many thanks to the team for such great app. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

I installed Jivo Chat a few weeks ago and it's fantastic. Super easy to plug and use. I can switch between PC and mobile seamlessly to chat to my customers. The support has also been great. Most of my chats end in a purchase which is obviously the goal so overall I am very happy with this app.

I have been using Jivo Chat for about 5 years and each year it keeps getting better and better. My old developer suggested we use it and I just went ahead with his suggestion because I didn't know anything about web development or apps. Now I have schooled myself so much in development that I built our last website and no longer need a developer in house.

I still use Jivo because they are friendly and always there when I need them. I don't have to wait forever in some cyber line or until the next business day. The platform is easy to use for non developers and developers alike. You can customize it to fit your website colors and have certain triggers.

My customers use it frequently, which is the goal so it is perfect for what I need.
