Really great and smooth app, been able to convert customers solely via the chat.

This app is amazing!! I really like it, its so user friendly. Works extremely well on mobile too!! I'm using the free version for now but plan on upgrading really soon. Its definitely worth it.

A product we sell online is embarrassing for most people to talk about with their Doctor. Using Chat they can stay anonymous but still get clinical advice. We love Jivochat and have used another Chat App that was not anywhere close as easy to use. It works seamlessly with Shopify, my Agents are happier and customers are using it. We recently switched to Jivo Live Chat from another live chat client and we couldn't be happier. The installation quick and easy (literally one-button install on the Shopify app store) and it works like a champ. Very easy to use and switching between the mobile app and the windows app is as simple as opening the app on the device I'm using. We've experience ZERO bugs/crashes/issues in the days we've been using it.
