As a first time e-commerce owner, this was the app that was one of my first choices. Since I am working as a full time support representative, this was of course something very important to have on my website. Jivo Chat is the most user-friendly support chat module that I have used, I would recommend it to every single one of you! In any case, the support team of Jivo is there to help you too which is amazing. 5/5 app, must have for e-commerce owners.

Jivochat app does what it claims to do.Enables us to talk to unknown visitors directly in real time, send them attachments in real time and also gives information on which page they are viewing and their location. Moreover, their desktop app is very simple and intuitive with real time notifications . Would recommend to any person who is just getting started with a Chat app for their site.

La acabo de instalar y todo funciona perfectamente en español. Buen servicio de Atención al Cliente por chat. Con el plan gratis, es justo lo que necesitamos. Espero no tener que hacer una revisión a la baja más adelante. Mi enhorabuena.

I love this app, It gives you the option to service your customer a lot better. it has different options such as talking to a customer, on the phone or chat. I download the app on my phone and desktop so I am always online with my customers.

It definitely increased my conversions. Must have app for everyone.

We have been using Jivo Live Chat since last month and it is the best Live chat app we have used. It is very easy to use and also gives you live visitor tracking of current visitors on your website and what page their on which can really come in handy when determining when you want to chat with a potential customer.

I love Jivo Chat, beautiful design, supports different languages and most important you can connect it with facebook, viber and telegram! I know they also have call back feature, I did't tried it yet but sounds cool. Big plus is they have great customer support, which is very important for me. So far it's best chat I have used for my web site!
