I would recommend anyone a perfect application. it is a work that contains many applications together and is convenient.
I have been using Jivo Chat for about 5 years and each year it keeps getting better and better. My old developer suggested we use it and I just went ahead with his suggestion because I didn't know anything about web development or apps. Now I have schooled myself so much in development that I built our last website and no longer need a developer in house.
I still use Jivo because they are friendly and always there when I need them. I don't have to wait forever in some cyber line or until the next business day. The platform is easy to use for non developers and developers alike. You can customize it to fit your website colors and have certain triggers.
My customers use it frequently, which is the goal so it is perfect for what I need.
Im loving it, for the price i can place chat in different sites i have with only un agent, and omnichannel is fantastic to give support over telegram, facebook ...
I can have chat window customized for each site i have, jut need to add new channel, triggers work fine too.
