I had some trouble upgrading my plan through Shopify since the discount wasn’t applying. It took a bit longer than expected, but Jotform eventually fixed the problem and honored the discount.

I love Jotform, so far so good!! I have lots of content on my website and visitors ask questions and it provides smart comprehensive answers leaving them happy and saying "thank you"! It also does a great job answering all queries related to customer orders on my Shopify store and that leaves me with more time to do other stuff! Essential tool for any online business.
