Complete application (currently being tested). Very responsive support, fast translation into French of access to the user portal and the content of widgets and emails.
really fast customer service. Hana was very helpful especially the pictures explaining how to configure settings.
Had a problem setting up some bundles. Contacted support via chat on the weekend. Immediate help from Jasmine. Worked out the problem quickly and answered a few other questions I had along the way. Great customer service!
So far I have very few complaints about this app, especially compared to the Shopify Subscriptions app. Currently there are a couple key features that I need for the service I use subscription apps for, mainly the ability for customers to choose their first billing date, and then the ability for customers to reschedule ALL future orders, and not just the next order for a subscription. The support team has told me they will be implementing those features sometime in the future, with a pretty quick response time to boot. Once these features are implemented, my 4 star will be changed to a 5 star.
I had another issue as well that was caused by a weird interaction with another app, I reported it and they pretty quickly fixed that issue as well.
On boarding was so easy. Customer service helped with creating all listing to my specifications. It was fast and efficient. Thank you!

Jasmine and Andrew were awesome to work with. They were immediately available and helped me troubleshoot installing the app on our website. It's nice to have real people to work with when you need it, great customer service!
I've found setting up my subscriptions on Joy very straight forward and the support I received from Abby & Anivia (technician) was great, they were helpful, quick and talked me through the changes required. Unfortunately my current payment gateway isn't compatible with Joy at the moment so I am going to look at other payment gateway options in the hope I can use Joy on my shop soon.
So far, I am Loving the App, the Customer service is Excellent. Arthur Helped me with setting up the app, and explaining everything to me. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
