Great subscription app! Highly recommend. At first, it seemed like customization options were limited, but once I reached out to the team, they were able to fully tailor the subscription box to my preferences. Abby was especially helpful throughout the process—she stayed persistent, never giving up, and always working towards a solution. In the end, we made it work, and now it perfectly matches the theme of my store!

The customer service is exceptional—responsive, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions. This plugin has been a great way to boost recurring revenue and improve customer retention. If you're looking for a subscription solution, this plugin is definitely worth it!
The app is a bit underdeveloped and needs some extra features and some tinkering but the team makes it easier and less frustrating to navigate through it. Still it is very good and i still use it.

I've found setting up my subscriptions on Joy very straight forward and the support I received from Abby & Anivia (technician) was great, they were helpful, quick and talked me through the changes required. Unfortunately my current payment gateway isn't compatible with Joy at the moment so I am going to look at other payment gateway options in the hope I can use Joy on my shop soon.
