awesome customer service, easy to navigate around the app

Hana was terrific in helping us set up our loyalty program for our customers. Looking to see how this addition helps our stores conversion and customer loyalty retention

Assistance was really great at the first doubt I had. Prakash did it immediately and helped me a lot! Great app. Great support.

Disappointing. The CS was very helpful at the very beginning. However, due to their unknown technical problem, over 6000 customers accounts were duplicated. New accounts were generated automatically every 2 second and their team was unable to make it stop. After 17 days, the problem is remained unsolved. We've been waiting for their replies day by day and they won't contact you unless you contact them. And when they said the duplicated accounts were deleted, actually that's not true as over 6000 duplicated accounts were still there. Their CS didn't even check before they write to their clients. Truly not recommended. If I haven't launched the programme earlier, I would surely delete the app.

This loyalty program is simple and easy to install. Still, I have to contact their customer service team via chat from time to time and they respond immediately and are helpful. My recent concern was about the timing to start and wanted to delete previous records of the points and Hana helped to delete the history and set up the rewards on the site. So finally enabled and up and running!

Powerful app that has evolved much over the past year. Needed some support and Jasmine and Anivia did an awesome job solving what I needed within the afternoon!
