App seems to work well and has lots of customization - possibly too much as it makes launching a bit more complex. The customer support has been excellent to work with though and I would recommend the app.
Thanks for the honest feedback! We know Joy's flexibility can mean more choices to make during setup, and we're always looking for ways to simplify the initial launch experience without cutting the customization that lets merchants build the program that fits them.

The customer service is great. The app is close to being really great but i still run into a few issues here and there. I mostly accomplishes what i need.
Audrey responded very quickly—which was excellent—though some features still need to be developed.
Pretty easy to set up. When I had an issue Hana helped me right away.
Certain important functions seem to be harder to locate than they should be, The Condition portion should be labeled Program Settings and should have its own header, not buried in the dot dot portion of the reward type. As a business if I offer something one place, I'm going to offer it in the other so this setting should be global and only allow for individual shutdown in the specific reward if needed. Appreciated the help received from Audrey.
It's an excellent rewards application. It would be ideal to have the option to exclude customers from the program based on their tags, instead of doing it individually.

The customer support is really fast and have helped me sort out issues almost immediately. Hana and her colleagues have been really helpful.
I have only dropped one-star because on the admin side of things the app is quite slow to load or save settings. Otherwise this would be a 5-star app.
Apps work well and easy, unfortunately the e mail notification to inform the points expire is not working and we are waiting now for 1.5 yrs. It seems not to be apriorty.
The support chat function works really well,

Regarding the email notification for points expiration, we understand your concern and truly appreciate your patience. We're happy to inform you that we've integrated this feature with Shopify Flow. This allows you to send reminders to customers when their loyalty points are about to expire, encouraging them to redeem their points before the deadline. The app is simple to use and good for our strictly POS usage. It is not perfect as it seems more geared towards shopify stores that also use a website. Our business is strictly 'brick and mortar' so there are a lot of features we do not use. However the support is fantastic. We have worked with Lydia on a few different issues and she is always very helpful and patient!

They are very Helpful... got help from Hana... the functionality isn't 100% but good enough for what we need. Cheaper than other loyalty apps
