Joy Rewards & Loyalty Program

I really love this app and the ability to offer to my customers. Fennic with their customer support is great. Helped me with the features in a matter of minutes of me asking a question.

I love this app. It offers all of the rewards I want to offer to my customers. Also, any time I have any trouble with the app, the customer service is FANTASTIC! Prakash helped me out today. I was quoted 5-10 min to fix my issue and he got it done in less than 2 min! highly recommend.

I was having an issue with the Joy App not showing up on my website. Jasmine was so nice and helpful. She immediately knew what the problem was and quickly resolved my issue. She even went above and beyond by offering me a free upgrade, so that I can try it out. Thank you so much Joy and Jasmine for all your help.
