Joy was pretty easy to set up. I did need some help getting the points total to show on the header and in the customer account, so Jade quickly helped me do that. She patiently answered my questions and ensured the loyalty program was set up exactly the way I wanted. I'm excited to continue using Joy.

Joy is helping building loyalty for our brand. I'm currently using the free version, and still it's super complete and customizable. I contacted the customer service twice, and both times they were super friendly and helpful! I 100% recommend this app, and look further to try the full version.

This app has been great in so many ways and I like the way the support team has been helping me resolve the issues I found. I'll keep this app in my store definitely.
had some issues with my iphone users not being able to close the pop up, i messaged Hana, she had it fixed in less then 2 minutes, these guys are GREAT highly reccomend
A little frustrating that the app is still very much in development. I ran into a lot of bugs which took awhile to work around (still working on several, actually...but we've only been setting up the app for a short time now). Kinda half-baked from a coding/development perspective. That being said, the team behind this app are very responsive and helpful. If you have the time and patience to walk through everything, you can get a pretty good thing going.
I was going nuts trying to figure out how to get this onto my website. I decided to do the Chat thing, and I'm SO glad I did. Kevin was the BEST. He did what I asked him to do, and then when I realized that's not what I wanted and described what I wanted, he knew exactly what it was that I wanted, and fixed it for me within a minute!! I applaud him for his patience! KEVIN is my lifesaver!!!
Poor customer service. They state they have a 30-day money back guarantee; however, they will refuse or make excuses as to why they can't process the refund (even though it's been within the time frame AND you've uninstalled the app). It appears this app was made to mimic SmileIO, but has a lot of bugs and needs a lot more work to get to their potential. Time consuming to set up and the worst part is the emails are unable to be edited and they have incorrect grammar within their template. Lots of promises to roll out new features, but reading prior reviews that is also smoke and mirrors.
