Excellent support on all 3 of the apps from this company, chat is very fast and the apps excellent value!
Allowing cooperation within the admin has been very fast and professional, Nolan one of the support guys took little more than 2 hours to implement an edit to our theme once we asked him.
I spoke to lydia i was struggling to implement some features on the app. She was very patient and helped me with implementing what i required. I am very happy.

The app is really nice and most of the times understandable. I have some smaller problems in the translation into german, but Tiana was very quick to get me on the right path.

Joy was pretty easy to set up. I did need some help getting the points total to show on the header and in the customer account, so Jade quickly helped me do that.
