Joy Rewards & Loyalty Program

I use this app to help me in my expanding small business. It has all the basic feature of a reward program. Esther reply very promptly on my queries. I hope they can open up more feature like Birthday rewards and also a more complex reward program like member tier reward system. It is very easy to use. Keep up the good work team.

Literally works perfectly. First time I've ever had such a good experience with this type of plugin (for free!). I had a custom request and their support team (Drake) knew what I wanted and did it right away. So impressed.

This app is exactly what I was after! It is easy to use and Hana helped me set up everything. They were very easy to talk to and set everything up very quickly. Literally took me a few minutes to set everything us, including customizing the colors to match my theme and changing the reward points.

This is the only app that has conditions in rewarding points. You can restrict points based on tags/product titles and more.

Also support is quick and helpful!

Friendly UI with simple to use functions. Also, best live service I have seen so far with live chat staff Roger. Highly recommend.

I've found the app to be just what I need allowing me to give customers the ability to accrue points and see them in their account. The set up support I received from Juliana and Hana was so speedy and really helpful, Juliana helped me with set up and Hana fixed a quick issue I had. So happy with the support

Very easy to set up and fast and helpful customer service from Jasmine and developer Gideon! Had an issue where the pop up wasn't installed properly but they quickly fixed it for me on the live chat (on a Saturday morning).
