I am very happy and thankful to Hana for providing such great support. I’m not very well versed in these things and she was patient and helpful in my needs. I’ve used other apps before but I love Joy because it is easy to work with and the support is phenomenal

Excellent customer service from Hana from the get-go. App is really easy to use and offers heaps of great features at a great price point compared to competitors.

The customer service is outstanding, they respond quickly and fixed my problem quick as well. I spoke to Hana and she was nice and solved my problem quickly. Definitely recommend.

We are launching loyalty for our store and website. I've used their chat feature a handful of times during pre-launch and their support and technical team has always been accessible and very helpful. We ended up having an onboarding call with Nolan, and Jade ended up helping polish us up to be launch ready. Great experience all around!
