Joy Rewards & Loyalty Program

This app is garbage. I'm getting regular complaints from frustrated customers with inaccurate reward balances. Customer balances don't match the activity shown in their account. I'm definitely looking for a replacement at this point.

Esther is super friendly and helpful! She answered all of my question and made the process super simple.

I found some of the setup confusing, but the online support was straight onto it. Now I can offer points and rewards to my clients- win-win!
