So far so good, support from Prakash really responsive and fast, answered questions and fixed small bug, pushed to dev team for some customisation.

I had a bunch of questions regarding how the app works and about setting up the loyalty Program, Wendy was quick with the responding and helped me to understand the use of the program a lot better.

Still waiting to set it up but i think it will work wonders!

Would have been great but all text was not translatable. Couldn't translate even in code. That's a shame since most of it could be translated. Edit: customer support helped to translate all.

I saw you already translated almost text in our app. However, there are some labels not supported yet but we are actually adding them fully this month. And also, we can implement the translation for your right now so that you do not need to wait for the update.

This app is garbage. I'm getting regular complaints from frustrated customers with inaccurate reward balances. Customer balances don't match the activity shown in their account. I'm definitely looking for a replacement at this point.
