Joy Rewards & Loyalty Program

This app has all the features I need. Very powerful! Their customer service is great. I got a lot of help from Abby. She is so professional and patient. I highly recommend this app.

I have been searching for the most user-friendly reward program to port over from my old website. Before settled with Joy, I tried another 2 apps only to discover there are so many limitations. Not only Joy has been able to meet my needs, their support team is great! A big shoutout to Abby who is always there to answer my questions promptly. Thank you! Reserving one more star as I have yet to test the app for a longer time. Shall come back to review it after 3 months.

The only reason I would't give this app a 5 star review is because of the fact that attrobuted points will not be deducted after a return in store, so it needs a follow-up.

I moved to joy from another loyalty app provider and we love the design and layout of joy! we had a small problem with how the app displayed on mobile devices so I messaged tech support and they had their design team customise the widget to suit out store. thank you sooo much! special thanks to Jasmine & Anivia :)

Very comprehensive features and supportive team, the only bad thing is that i cant edit the email formatting in the free version
