So far so good! Little bit of a learning curve, but the support team has been absolutely wonderful. It's 2AM where I am, and Damian was quick to respond and answer my questions. I feel confident that we made the right choice with Joy.

I totally LOVE Joy Rewards & Loyalty Program!!! It has all the features and integrations with other apps that I want. The customer support are really proactive (Audrey and Doris did a fantastic job helping me setting up the app). So far I don't have any complaints, and will definitely continue using Joy as my default solution for rewards and loyalty feature.
