Amazing customer service! Hana fixed my problem within minutes and i didn't have to do anything. She did it all from her end. I currently only have the free version of Joy, but after the great customer service and definitely will sign up for the paid version. Thanks Hana for the process simple and fast.

HIGHLY recommend! I'm on the paid plan because I wanted to do VIP tiers, and boy! They do not disappoint at Avada, and I could go on about how helpful the team is every. single. time! They're all so sweet! I've been helped by Jasmine and Alicia more than once, and they're the kindest and most patient people I could have had answering my silly little questions and solving my silly little problems! HIGHLY. RECOMMEND.

Poor customer service. They state they have a 30-day money back guarantee; however, they will refuse or make excuses as to why they can't process the refund (even though it's been within the time frame AND you've uninstalled the app). It appears this app was made to mimic SmileIO, but has a lot of bugs and needs a lot more work to get to their potential. Time consuming to set up and the worst part is the emails are unable to be edited and they have incorrect grammar within their template. Lots of promises to roll out new features, but reading prior reviews that is also smoke and mirrors.
