Joy Support was very patient and helpful with me as I navigated setting up my rewards program. I had a busy day where I was in and out of the chat room, but after a few hours, I got it all set up and we're excited to offer our customers this new feature and to help our business while doing it! So far I've had a good experience. Esther was a great help with getting things set up. The app seems pretty easy to use and to set up.

Recently worked with Hanna and see was able to help get several features sync to my website. I will say getting the Klaviyo integration to work was a bit of a headache but we managed to get everything taken care of.
