Great support! Liz and the tech team were very helpful. I am new to Shopify and also to this app and tried to do the theme integration. I asked for help in chat, they took it over and quickly did it for me.

The Joy app has been great for implementing my customer rewards program. I was looking for something that was simple and quick to set up with minimal upkeep to run it. Since I sell products through my website as well as my storefront, I needed something that would work with my POS system. I tried a few other apps and Joy has been the one that has best fit my needs. The customer support is great as well. They are prompt and very helpful. I recently had a question and Hana was very knowledgeable and was able to help me troubleshoot quickly. I highly recommend the Joy app.
