Apps work well and easy, unfortunately the e mail notification to inform the points expire is not working and we are waiting now for 1.5 yrs. It seems not to be apriorty.
The support chat function works really well,

Regarding the email notification for points expiration, we understand your concern and truly appreciate your patience. We're happy to inform you that we've integrated this feature with Shopify Flow. This allows you to send reminders to customers when their loyalty points are about to expire, encouraging them to redeem their points before the deadline. I installed this app a few days ago and I have to say I'm quite impressed with it. It has a lot of great features (more features than some comparable apps that are much pricier) and yet is easy to set up. It calculates the loyalty points properly (unlike some of its competitors) and is very flexible. The support staff (including Tracy, Anivia, Abby and others) is super friendly and helpful. Overall I am very impressed and pleased!!!
