I ended up deleting this app because after leaving a 4-star review of my overall positive experience, I was pestered by their online chat person to change it to 5 stars. I'm now using smile which has great support to install and also has a free version. Here's my original review:
Marcus has really helped getting everything set up on my end. I just wish all of the features were available without having to reach out to them to do it. I'm hoping they have more features in the future!

The folks at Joy Reward Loyalty program are great to work with. Abby helped me customize my loyalty reward messages and helped format my logo. Thank you Abby for all your help this morning. I appreciate your patience while I learn the program.

As our sales come mostly from our brick-and-mortar store, the POS integration is very important for us. It does, and that way we can bring together our online and pos business.

Help on setup has been great, Emily was patient, quick and spot-on with the service. Thanks Emily!

I just got the app to offer a reward program to my customers. I was a little confused on how to configure the options, and as I was scratching my head, wonderful Emily came to the rescue! She was very helpful. Can't wait to give this Rewards program a go!

I've been testing so many Loyalty & Rewards apps I was about to give up until I came across Joy. The installation and set up were fairly easy but I had trouble with the integration with another app and I could not figure out how to get the floating button to appear and work properly. Thankfully, at 11 pm on a Sunday evening, Hana came to my rescue! She was so amazing and patient with me. She worked diligently, sending me screenshots and instructions on what I needed to do on my end so she could work her magic on her end. I can't thank her enough. In a minimal amount of time, she got everything fixed and working properly. If for no other reason than the customer service I received from Hana, I'll be using this app for quite a while! Thank you Hana, you truly are a lifesaver! xoxo
