An easy to use and easy to set up application. Customers are very happy that they can activate automatic discounts and the calculation of points is completely automatic and always very clear. The support team saved me a lot of time by always answering my questions promptly, thus speeding up the testing and online phase of the affiliate program. For now I am very satisfied!

It's dashboard and analytics are fantastic, and the technical support team will stop at nothing to get you up and running as quickly as possible. Superb customer service. When I faced trouble generating the landing page, I got support from the customer team. Hana helped me with her prompt action and solved the problem in real time.

We required some changes being made to how the widget displayed on our site and the communcation from the Joy team was extremely quick. Jasmine and William organised the changes with 24hrs. Great service!
