Joy Rewards & Loyalty Program

This was my first time using this app. And Sunny was very helpful. Makes me want to stick around. Because i know they'll respond in a timely fashion! Thanks for all the help. Some issues but overall very good.

We've just began to set up our webshop so app hasn't been used in action yet, but it was quite easy to customize. We had some issue and asked help from customer support, and we get the solution very fast, within a few minutes! It was to nice that they helped immediately!

So far, this app has been a seamless and simple experience! Especially compared to the other apps we have been trying (for months!). Works well with our POS app and the information auto-populated. And, a simple CSV upload for customer data. We are very happy to have found the Joy: Rewards app!

This app has got all the feature you can imagine and lots are still developing. What I like to mention is the support team has done a amazing job and constantly updating and providing assistance, although the time difference yet they manage to get back with an answer in 24h. Love what you guys are doing, keep up the good work!~~~

I must say this is one of the best app for the loyalty program! It is enriched with all the necessary features! The customer service is outstanding. I needed some customization, they responded me immediately and got the job done in minutes. Highly recommended!
