Joy Rewards & Loyalty Program

Sunny and Hana were super helpful with setting up the app. The app has its limitations but it works well. :)

I have recently installed the loyalty app yet find the app very limiting at the moment. Perhaps its because I have opted out for the free 14 trial first and after the onboarding things might improve. I am not impressed as it is user friendly but very limiting.
The service and help I got from Sunny one of the client help representatives was outstanding she helped me find my way around the limited resources of the app and if it were not for her I would have deleted it.

It's dashboard and analytics are fantastic, and the technical support team will stop at nothing to get you up and running as quickly as possible. What we love most is that there is one tier after free which remains affordable allowing you to scale easily. Really awesome app and a special shoutout to Sunny for your amazing customer service!

Esther has been very helpful and responsive with my questions! So far, Joy is integrating well with my theme and was easy to set up. Any issues I did have were resolved within a couple of hours!

Nice interface and easy to use. One great point for you. Their program is really make sense in redeem part becos they are gen a coupon code for use, it will not affect your main system actually. Really appreciate that fast response and great support compare with some loyalty app even I paid. A little bit crazy and surprise that is FREE here.

So far I love the features hope my customers will take advantage of the app. Had a lot of assistance from Prakash to help me every step of the installation process very quick customer response and support I really appreciate it.
