Joy: Rewards & Loyalty Program

first day using this app. Seems like a good app to have for Shopify store. Candace was really responsive and helped with the app.

So far so good! I just set things up in about a half hour. The tech support agent was able to answer my questions really fast too! I am excited for my Customers to start seeing their points add up!

The app is really nice. Free plan also includes lot of features. A complete package for loyalty program

Just down loaded the app today. I have been working through setting it up to launch our loyalty program. I ran into a slight issue and reached out to support. Emily quickly resolved my issue and I am back at customizing our program. Thank you Emily.

Have only had it for 2 hours but so far so good. I had a problem pop up and the live chat is amazing - Liz jumped on to help me and solved it really quickly.

I just set up the app, so I haven't seen it in action yet. What I've done so far to set it up was fairly easy and the customer service representative I spoke to was really helpful. Her name was Rainy.

I was extremely pleased with the service Esther gave. She was quick, competent and very kind. Took us about an hour to figure out several issues with the loyalty program and integrating it with Judge.me reviews and the whole time Esther was very patient with me and gave me an answer to everything! I would 100% recommend this app.

Quick and easy to set up and use. Very good live chat function and quick to reply.

Sunny was great. Nice to finally download an app that works. They removed company branding from my site and helped me with a few technical issues which ended up being user error on my part. No problems so far.
