They were helpful and didn't talk over my head with all of technical issues. Finding them to have great customer service. Looking forward to seeing if the Rewards work.

I have just installed this app. The functions look really good and suit what I would like to achieve both for the customer and for the shop. The support from Liz helping with unlocking features was excellent and swift.

Just moved from one of the other big loyalty programs because since they sold the support has been downhill and the system buggy - to the stage that I've got customers emailing me very upset as their points have disappeared and they think we are deleting them. If working with Joy Loyalty & Rewards is as good longterm as the onboarding I'll be with them for life! Thanks for your help guys.

Tolle App, vor Allem der Support ist sehr hilfsbereit und schnell.
Bei Problemen wird selbst Nachts noch geantwortet und das Problem am nächsten Tag behoben.
Sehr empfehlenswert!
