Joy Rewards & Loyalty Program

Customer support is great and quick. I had a problem with my referral program, but thanks to Aisha, the problem was sent to the tech team.

Jasmine was super quick to help me get the app embedded in to my site. There were a lot of ways to customize, but the customizations did not reflect on the pop up on my page. Overall seems like a good app for just starting out with a loyalty program.

I have just installed the App. The customer service team (Emily) was helpful in getting the widget set up.

I have just started with the app, but so far so good! It has been easy to integrate into Shopify, move my customers points over from a previous app, and Prakash was great to work with to answer all of my questions!

I'm looking forward to my customers enjoying this app, it was so easy to use and Hana was very patience with in helping to get everything set up properly. I so in love with the potential that this app with give my website. I definitely recommended.
