Wonderful app. It has all the functionalities I want under one roof. Our customers are also happy since we switched to Joy. The customer service is great. I needed to downgrade and uninstall the app -- Audrey in customer service was a real star (hey Joy, give Audrey a bonus!), she guided me through the entire process.

I just downloaded the app today and I am loving it already. It was very simple to set up and I love the customization options. I had a little bit of a hiccup and Pamela was able to quickly help me resolve my issue.

Superb customer service. When I faced trouble generating the landing page, I got support from the customer team. Hana helped me with her prompt action and solved the problem in real time.
