We have been getting a lot of positive feedback and more customer interaction thanks to Joy! Roger was very helpful in setting us up and we plan to use it for multiple things in the future. Service was very quick.

So far this app is great, I switched from Smile rewards because $50 a month is way too expensive for my business. Marcus helped me import my customer points balance and was very kind. I look forward to utilizing this app more!

I tried several Loyalty apps but it seems like Joy is the app which fits my store theme best. Highly recommend it. Emily from Joy Loyalty helps me a lot through the whole progress, which is amazing. 5-star rating.

Customer support agent Jasmine is quick and very effective in delivering information on all of my questions; very clear even with screenshots. The program is very straightforward!
