I am just in the midst of transfering my existing customers from a different reward program to Joy. I was having issues getting all of my customers transfered but William was able to get them all transfered with ease. Thank you!

So far, this app seems to have everything I was looking for in a loyalty program. I had a slight hiccup with importing customers, but Jasmine helped me figure out what I was doing wrong and in no time, I had my customers imported! She helped me resolve the issue super fast!

It's been easy to use, add tiers, points, and redemptions. Customer service has been great. I've dealt with Hana, and she responded to my questions with easy-to-follow instructions and direct answers. We are excited to use the app and hope our customers enjoy it as well.
