I'm thrilled to have discovered Joy Rewards & Loyalty Program after being underwhelmed for a long time with Loyalty Lion. Joy Rewards is so easy to install and use and it looks clean and inviting. And truly amazing is the completely supportive Support! Actual people (!) who know what they're doing and give excellent advice. And they're available all the time! Thank you Jasmine and Doris, I'm very grateful for your advice and guidance in setting up Joy Rewards.

I transitioned from Square POS to Shopify POS earlier this year, and I knew that one of the biggest hurdles would be converting our loyalty program over. We had 14,000 loyalty customers, so there was absolutely no way we could do it manually.

I did research on 13 different loyalty apps (and downloaded most of them to test them out) because our customers loved the way our Square loyalty program was set up. About 85% of our transactions are in-person, and it was very important to get everything as close to the old system as possible.

Joy was the only app that was customizable enough, yet simple enough, to match exactly what we needed. Because of the awesome features, we were able to revamp our program while still keeping the old rewards redemption process in place. It has been a fantastic experience!

We went 2 months without a loyalty program and our sales decreased about 5-10% from the previous year. When we brought it back, our numbers went back to normal. Joy is a powerful system and it's keeping our customers satisfied - there's no doubt about it!

They helped a lot. Hana, Sonny, and others are all very fine. I'll continue to use joy, although there are some issues when setting up, but the support is timely and very helpful.

Jasmine has been very patience with me. Throughout the onboarding process, she has been a wonderful helper to clarify all the doubts I have. She is very helpful in providing fast response to every of my inquiry. High recommended

I love this app! Even with just the free version, it's packed with features that are super easy to use and customize. Huge shoutout to Jasmine from their support team—she helped me quickly place the rewards widget on the right side of my site, exactly how I wanted it. The support is amazing, and the app works perfectly with my store. I’m definitely considering upgrading to the paid version as I grow. Highly recommended!

Great loyalty program -- simple and affordable with awesome customer service

so far so good. Easy set up yet the end customer gets a detailed well thought of program. Had a few questions and Hana assisted me through them all. She was quick to reply and very helpful.

I had the chance to speak with different members of the customer service team, including Alyssa, who provided great support during the migration and setup of the entire system to ensure continuity of service for our customers! I highly recommend this app for its features and outstanding customer support.
