Joy Rewards & Loyalty Program

I'm still in the setup process but so far so good! I ran into an issue with getting a widget to display and reached out via chat to support. Hana was able to help resolve the issue within minutes!

HIGHLY recommend! I'm on the paid plan because I wanted to do VIP tiers, and boy! They do not disappoint at Avada, and I could go on about how helpful the team is every. single. time! They're all so sweet! I've been helped by Jasmine and Alicia more than once, and they're the kindest and most patient people I could have had answering my silly little questions and solving my silly little problems! HIGHLY. RECOMMEND.

Enjoyed the functionality and depth of the features. I was able to set up my coffee club membership tiers and add start up points, bonus points and discounts for each tier. I was also able to customize member widget based on the tier. I totally loved the loyalty page that you can set up on the website , looks amazing. Excellent customer support by Alyssa, Jasmine and other support team! Amazing tech support by Nolan with in depth knowledge of the various aspects of the app and rewards program. I have yet to utilize this app to it's full capabilities but the support upon setup was completely handled for me by Hana. She did a great job walking me through the process and performing most of the setup tasks herself.
This app has a lot of clever features that I am excited to add to our new site.

Hana and Raymond were so helpful today. I spoke to Hana at length as I'm new to the app and had various questions since this is my first time launching and rewards and loyalty program.
