Joy is one of the best loyalty program available. In fact, we've been using a few apps by Avada because of their easy-to-use app. Love the assistance by their customer service especially Hana, she guide me well with my enquiry

L'application est vraiment complète pour proposer un plan de fidélité à nos clients. Aussi, le support est vraiment compétent, c'est un plus. Je pense à Lydia et Toby qui ont été vraiment rapides à chacune de mes questions. Vraiment top !

They team at Joy Rewards is such amazing people to work with. Every time I reach out to them for any query, they always came back with a resolution. A special shoutout to Hana and Nikita for great setup help. Will definitely recommend them. As their products are great too.

I was going nuts trying to figure out how to get this onto my website. I decided to do the Chat thing, and I'm SO glad I did. Kevin was the BEST. He did what I asked him to do, and then when I realized that's not what I wanted and described what I wanted, he knew exactly what it was that I wanted, and fixed it for me within a minute!! I applaud him for his patience! KEVIN is my lifesaver!!!

William did a great job fixing an error that was giving me trouble. Their customer support is very quick. Moving from a different reward app was easy.

had some issues with my iphone users not being able to close the pop up, i messaged Hana, she had it fixed in less then 2 minutes, these guys are GREAT highly reccomend
