Joy Rewards & Loyalty Program

I've tried several loyalty programme apps and Joy is still my preferred choice as it is user friendly, the basic version is good enough for basic use while the premium version is quite affordable. Joy has responsive team whom will be online to attend to your enquiries within a short period of time which is a plus point. Sunny, one of Joy's team members is able to assist me with my theme integration and set up. Thank you for your assistance and I am truly glad to see the improvements Joy has made to its app over time. Can't wait to see what else Joy can offer in the long run!

Excellent App, and the company behind it offer absolutely superb support! The best I have received from a software company infact. Nothing is too much trouble, and they are super responsive! Esther recently helped us with a small issue we were having, and resolved it within minutes!

Really easy setup, takes a bit of practice but you can pick it up within 10 minutes. Customer service is also great! Appreciate Jasmine for helping me set up!

Amazing and fast customer support! Jasmine was very helpful and kind. I haven't started to use the app yet but wanted to prevent problems I've had with other loyalty apps. Jasmine showed me how super easy it is to limit earning/redeeming to only customers with a store account. Highly recommend this app!
