Hana and Raymond were so helpful today. I spoke to Hana at length as I'm new to the app and had various questions since this is my first time launching and rewards and loyalty program. I had over 10 questions and each were answered and explained so efficiently, meanwhile Raymond was working in the background to help customise my program. Thank you both very much for such a friendly service and helping me get my program up and running.

Audrey and Anivia where patient and kind with me and answered all of my questions. They even helped me by making the adjusts to my website themselves. I was better able to understand the functionality of the app and how to better use it to meet my purposes. Thank you both! I appreciate your help.

As someone who is new to this app, I needed help with something and asked the support chat. Emily from Avada provided me with the answers I needed quickly with clarifications! . The app itself is very straightforward and it can be easily integrated to your store. So far, my experience with this app has been very good :)

William did a great job fixing an error that was giving me trouble. Their customer support is very quick. Moving from a different reward app was easy.
