I've been using the app for most of this year and it is always reliable, easy to use and brings "Joy" to my customers. Today I experienced a technical issue for the first time (self-inflicted) and I received help immediately when using the live chat feature. Abby from Avada assessed the situation and within moments both resolved the issue and showed me how she resolved it so that I can do it if I run into the same issue again in future. Very impressed with the app and the amazing support!

I was having a few challenges enabling and navigating the rewards program as it had been awhile since I had accessed the app. Juliana did a great job helping me get reacquainted with the app and made sure it was working properly on the website. She was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and responded very quickly to my questions. No problems with the app. I would recommend. Great customer service as well.
