Audrey was amazing.
Hana was very helpful and solved my issue quickly and easily.
So far, so good! Their team is quick to respond to inquiries via the live chat. Audrey helped me in no time when I had a question about how to add a referral block to a landing page on our website!

Had great experience so far. Seems to have great features in free plan compared to other loyalty apps. Great support from Audrey and Andrew.
I had a couple questions for the Joy team about the app. I was chatting with Audrey and she answered all of my questions, fast. Audrey even helped me with customized and setup all the features I asked for to get my rewards program started for my company. I do not do reviews very often when I do, its for good reason.
