So far so good, support from Prakash really responsive and fast, answered questions and fixed small bug, pushed to dev team for some customisation.
Just started using this app a few days ago and I love it already! Help keep my contacts in order and I love the "giving back to the customers with rewards". Great app and definitely recommend!
Great app. Very easy to install and use. Had some issues and Candace helped us quickly to resolve it. Highly recommended.

Would have been great but all text was not translatable. Couldn't translate even in code. That's a shame since most of it could be translated. Edit: customer support helped to translate all.

I saw you already translated almost text in our app. However, there are some labels not supported yet but we are actually adding them fully this month. And also, we can implement the translation for your right now so that you do not need to wait for the update.

This app is garbage. I'm getting regular complaints from frustrated customers with inaccurate reward balances. Customer balances don't match the activity shown in their account. I'm definitely looking for a replacement at this point.

I found some of the setup confusing, but the online support was straight onto it. Now I can offer points and rewards to my clients- win-win!

Great user experience and interface, easy integration with website, loads of options for customers to earn points, and loads of ways to customise to suit your needs and requirements. Plus, clear product roadmap with customer feedback being put into development. Highly recommend!
