Really quick straightforward, customer service. I like that I didn’t have to go through a whole lot of tech-support, I just asked a question and got the exact answer I needed. Abby was very helpful and kind!
I love this rewards app, it is simple and the customer is helpful, who respond quickly.
I will suggest more guys to use it!

I just downloaded the app so i still have much more to test and discover but I have been trying to find a loyalty program app that was easy to translate and thanks to the help of Hana things were quite straightforward!

Разработчики не сильно горят развивать свой продукт, есть минус которые легко исправить но не делают. Им хватает своих клиентов которые приносят им доход. Таких копий приложений много, буду искать другое или вообще лучше купить его и интегрировать. Возникла проблема, скидывают инфу с проблемой и скрины, вообщем всю информацию которую нужно, мне начинают задавать вопросы на которые я все скинул, вопрос для кого я это скинул))
9 марта удалил ихнее приложение, сегодня 12 марта приходит уведомление о том что у меня списали плату за использование ихнего приложения с 9 марта по 8 апреля, вот вам и бизнес, буду судиться с ними

Sunny was soo helpful, the App is amazing, easy to use !compatible to any store ! Its free too for small business like mine ,Thank you
I've only just installed the app, justfinished working setting it up, very easy to use. Had a small issue with the installation, contacted Liz from support, she had it sorted in a few minute. 5 star. App looks great, going to start on the free versions which gives you so much for free! The paid version if i need is a very affordable $29 a month, much cheaper than a lot of other apps I've looked at.
Is a good app! Simple and eficient. I had a couple of doubts but Sunny, from AVADA, was a really good help!
Great customer service, super easy navigation and the free option does the trick!
