Joy: Rewards & Loyalty Program

I added this app to my store since I was looking for a good rewards app that is super use friendly and I found Joy. When I had questions I reached out to customer support and Marcus was very professional and he answered and cleared all my questions. I highly recommend this app. Thank you Marcus!

This app comes with basic set-ups. Customer support - Daisy is excellent, got our store set up and fixed the issues we faced. More update like referral will come soon. Please keep this app free! Can't wait for new updates. Thank you!

I needed a lot of help with some of the coding for my theme, the process was really smooth and the integration is great too. Drake was really helpful and so was Esther. I was really happy with how easy everything was to set up and customise. Would really recommend it to anyone who needs to add a loyalty programme for their website!

I have just installed this app. It was very straightforward to set up the options I required. Customer service contacted me almost immediately and helped me remove the branding and configure other options. Very impressed.

They list multiple reviews as being compatible including the first one being Shopify Reviews. In reality only two review apps are currently active and Shopify reviews is not one of them. Sorry but lying to customers is a deal breaker, But if you don't mind being lied to, have at. Personally I like companies with integrity, so they've lost me as a customer for life.

I had a little trouble with enabling a feature & reached out for virtual assistance. i chatted with daisy & she was awesome. she introduced herself, asked what I needed assistance with & handled it in a timely manner. She was nice throughout the entire chat. & after helping, she made sure I didn't need assistance with anything else before ending chat.

The app is amazing and great to use. The support is awesome. Hope the company will flourish soon. Thanks.

But for the app, when I use my mobile to update, the loading is abit slow

first day using this app. Seems like a good app to have for Shopify store. Candace was really responsive and helped with the app.
