Customer support is good & Not too much for the better plans and a free to use option and easy to learn how to use. as i do with my website. A woman name lydia helped me and was kind.
Hana was great, polite and helped me with setting up the account
Pamela was extremely helpful in getting our ap set up. She helped with importing our customers and points and helping navigate the app to set it up for use.

I had some difficulty at first getting things set up and working properly, but the team at Avada contacted me and helped me get it done right. I am just starting to test the app and all it's functions now, but hope it runs smoothly from here and helps build my customer base. Thank you

Amazing customer service! Hana fixed my problem within minutes and i didn't have to do anything. She did it all from her end. I currently only have the free version of Joy, but after the great customer service and definitely will sign up for the paid version. Thanks Hana for the process simple and fast.
