Esther, Your app seems to be good enough.
The app has only crashed on me once so far, but it is incredibly easy to navigate and set up and customer service with Jasmine was quick and great!
TS was very quick to respond to setup problems and Audrey was very patient to help solve them.
I got great customer service from Pamela

New to the app, had questions and they were answered almost right away. The agent was very helpful.
There were a few small issues whilst setting up the app but the customer support provided by Liz and Esther was very reassuring. William did a great job in resolving the issues in a short space of time. I would definitely recommend the app not just for the functionality and how good it looks but also for the support from the app team.

Great app & lightning-fast responsive support. I needed a hyperlink in my header to trigger the app widget and Hana & Toby did it within 10 minutes. I'm really impressed :)

Easy to set up and customer support is great, especially Lydia. we just finished setting the program together and are about to launch it. We'll update this review as we go. :)
Just moved from one of the other big loyalty programs because since they sold the support has been downhill and the system buggy - to the stage that I've got customers emailing me very upset as their points have disappeared and they think we are deleting them. If working with Joy Loyalty & Rewards is as good longterm as the onboarding I'll be with them for life! Thanks for your help guys.
