The app was easy to set up, and it looks like they are adding new features which is great to see app development. When we had issues with a customer redeeming points for the first time, Emily was quick to respond and help me figure out which setting I needed to update and waited while I tested the change. So far....so good.

I've been using the app for most of this year and it is always reliable, easy to use and brings "Joy" to my customers. Today I experienced a technical issue for the first time (self-inflicted) and I received help immediately when using the live chat feature. Abby from Avada assessed the situation and within moments both resolved the issue and showed me how she resolved it so that I can do it if I run into the same issue again in future.
