we just started using the app today, it come with very fast assistant that Emily was patient and nice to answer our questions

I was having an issue with the Joy App not showing up on my website. Jasmine was so nice and helpful. She immediately knew what the problem was and quickly resolved my issue. She even went above and beyond by offering me a free upgrade, so that I can try it out. Thank you so much Joy and Jasmine for all your help.

Het is een goed in te stellen app, waar de ingestelde gegevens niet zomaar verloren gaan. De hulp is goed en vooral heel snel!

I like to simplicity of setting up the app for your store. Although there are a few options I wish was available for earning points but overall good. What I definitely like is the prompt customer support you receive by chat. Agent Jasmine is really good at explaining, showing examples and is patient to hearing your concerns.
