Joy was pretty easy to set up. I did need some help getting the points total to show on the header and in the customer account, so Jade quickly helped me do that. She patiently answered my questions and ensured the loyalty program was set up exactly the way I wanted. I'm excited to continue using Joy.

Joy is helping building loyalty for our brand. I'm currently using the free version, and still it's super complete and customizable. I contacted the customer service twice, and both times they were super friendly and helpful! I 100% recommend this app, and look further to try the full version.

Joy helping center/supporter help me to clear all of my questions. They provide the information on the point. I appreciate that all of the problems were solved immediately.
On the other hand, Some features on the Loyalty page are still not available such as Comparing the Perks regarding the VIP tier.

Amazing customer service! Hana fixed my problem within minutes and i didn't have to do anything. She did it all from her end. I currently only have the free version of Joy, but after the great customer service and definitely will sign up for the paid version. Thanks Hana for the process simple and fast.
