Joy Rewards & Loyalty Program

Just moved from one of the other big loyalty programs because since they sold the support has been downhill and the system buggy - to the stage that I've got customers emailing me very upset as their points have disappeared and they think we are deleting them. If working with Joy Loyalty & Rewards is as good longterm as the onboarding I'll be with them for life! Thanks for your help guys.

Was looking for a new loyalty app and i chanced upon this. it is user friendly and support folks Candace and Liz were quick to help with my issues. mainly downloaded cause it was free but it seems to work really well.
they allow us to make suggestions for improvement or new features and it seems like they do work on those

I had a great experience with customer Service. Jasmine was quick to respond and helped me resolve my issue quickly.

After testing a few different apps, we found this one to be the most user friendly (and cost effective!) app for an existing store. Other apps were difficult to import customers in correctly without duplication of efforts. Sunny helped me a ton in getting everything done the way we needed it without spending hours messing with it! Highly recommend!

The response was quick and the issue was resolved immediately.
The app is sophisticated and easy to use as well.
I give it 5 stars with high expectations for the future.

I've just downloaded the app, and I'm hoping it will meet my expectations. The setup process was quick, and the support provided by Abby was truly great. Thank you, Abby! :)

So far so good, simple to use and the support/service from 'Drake' has been great 5* he really helped with the set up and other avada apps i have. I would like to see more customization options with the company logos and layout etc but avada said this is new so i hope in time they will add more features. :)
