Didn't expect to get live support but Julianna was very helpful and quick to respond with my questions.

So far so good. Customer service was friendly and provided great feed baack.
I only rated 4 stars due to me only being on the app for a few hours.

I like to simplicity of setting up the app for your store. Although there are a few options I wish was available for earning points but overall good. What I definitely like is the prompt customer support you receive by chat. Agent Jasmine is really good at explaining, showing examples and is patient to hearing your concerns.
