With the help of both Hana and Jade, they were able to assist me in fixing the Joy widget on our site. Not only this, but they spotted that the version of our widget was quite behind. Really solid and good support, had an issue and within 3 minutes Sonny not only solved it but also applied the solution to all present customer accounts. I have had so much frustration with this app, things are constantly broken everywhere, support not fixing the right things, they would randomly change how my discounts works, resulting in high amount of unexpected orders with redicious discounts, and the amount of blame-shifting is unbearable, instead of fixing the issue, they blame you for the mistake.
On the bright side this app does have the most comprehensive features based on what I researched compared to other loyalty apps.

REAL TALK FOR SMALL BUSINESSES (Not Ai generated, so excuse my lack of eloquence):
If you're considering using this app or paying for their services, let it be known that I was hesitant at first. I am not a large company by any means--just a solo artist building a brand alone. The money I make is valuable, so I need to know that something is worth it before committing to yet another subscription service. Needless to say, I think most business owners know how important a rewards program can be for customer retention and increase in sales.
I took a chance on Joy--first utilizing their free version. There was a learning curve, but their interface is pretty user friendly. Eventually, I realized I was going to want to use a couple features that come with their lowest tier subscription. They offer a 14-day trial on this, so I highly suggest taking advantage of that and seeing if it's a good fit for your needs.
Lastly, I have to mention the outstanding customer service the Avada (Joy) team has provided. I reached out for help even before I upgraded to a paid sub. They were quick to reply and answer all of my questions. They troubleshot all my issues (which were not many, but naturally come with the level of customizing I am doing on my site) with great efficiency. I really appreciate that they prioritized getting my rewards program up and running with the encroaching deadline of my website launch. While some features may not be available or possible with their app, they do have a voting system for their clients and developers to further improve their app.
TLDR; They Joy loyalty rewards app is 100% worth using even at its free tier. Their customer service team is not only EASY to reach, but also reply within minutes and will work quickly to troubleshoot any issues you may have. Highly recommend 10/10.

The app has a lot of functionality and is a little intimidating but it is also very robust and their support via chat right in the app is probably the best feature. They always answer quickly and helped us get the whole program up and running. Hana provided excellent help at every turn. Highly recommend!
