I've change from another loyalty app and for the time being I'm very satisfied with the change. I've an small issue that it's been quickly analyze by the dev team I'm sure that will be quickly solved. The app work smoothly and don't delay the loading time of my store

So far the app did not generate any benefits for the store, perhaps it takes some time for the customers to understand & acomodate with the loyalty programs or with referrals.
One aspect that the app lacks is full translation control. There are a few pieces of text that can't be translated.

All in all it seems to be a good app, let's see the benefits of it.
A good bonus is the response team which is very responsive and willing to help, I've discussed with 3 people already and they all helped a lot!
