Joy Rewards & Loyalty Program

Hana assisted me changing the currency of my rewards program in less than 2 minutes. She was super friendly and quick to respond :)

I recently started using the Joy app to use it as a customer loyalty program. The free version already offers many options. It's all pretty easy to set up in the dashboard. Customer service is readily available and helpful. Especially Lydia has helped me with initial small problems.

I'm about to start using the Rewards program and I have got nice support from Hana, she is a great person.

I have just started using the app and was running into some user errors. Abby from customer service took care of everything I needed in such a fast fashion. So far I really enjoy the app and it seems to work well with my store. Definitely recommend if your just starting out or have been doing this for a while.

This was my first time using this app. And Sunny was very helpful. Makes me want to stick around. Because i know they'll respond in a timely fashion! Thanks for all the help. Some issues but overall very good.

My experience working with Joy's support team was great. Esther was pleasant and quickly resolved my app integration question.

But for the app, when I use my mobile to update, the loading is abit slow
